Hot Tea
Loose-leaf, in a glass pot, your pace.
Hot tea at The Rose is a slow drink by design. It comes in a glass pot with a matching cup, loose-leaf of your choosing, steeped at the table so you can watch the color develop. The selection rotates with the season and what we can find from reputable sources — check the chalkboard, or ask the barista what's open and what's good right now.

How We Build It
Loose-leaf tea in a glass pot with its own cup. We time the steep to the leaf, so a black tea stays in longer than a green. Refills on hot water are free; if you want a full second pot of the same leaf or a different one, that's a separate order. Milk and honey available on request.
Perfect For
A long sit. The morning your throat is a little sore. Afternoon writing sessions when you don't want anything caffeinated enough to make your hands shake. Pairs beautifully with shortbread, lemon bars, and plain scones — anything that won't fight the tea.
