Chai Latte
Spiced tea that behaves like a hug.
Chai is the drink your friend ordered that made you reconsider tea entirely. Ours is spiced black tea concentrate — cardamom-forward, cloved, warmed by ginger and cinnamon, sweetened enough to be comforting but not candy-sweet. Milk goes over the top and rounds the edges without flattening the spice. On a cold morning it's quietly one of the best things on the menu.
Tasting Notes
- Flavor: cardamom leading, clove and ginger behind, cinnamon drifting across the top
- Body: milky and medium-weight, warming
- Finish: sweet-spiced, lingering, the ginger holding longest
How We Build It
Spiced black tea concentrate — three pumps for 10oz, four for 12, five for 16. Steamed whole milk poured on top, cinnamon dusted on the foam. No espresso: the chai is the whole show here, not a background note. Swap milk standard. If you want a "dirty chai" with a shot of espresso built in, ask — we'll add one at the Extra Shot upcharge.
Perfect For
People recovering from a cold. The Sunday afternoon that wants to be about something warm. Pairs with ginger cookies, cardamom shortbread, or anything with a touch of molasses in it.
