Coconut Macaroon White Chocolate Latte
A French bakery in latte form.
White chocolate and toasted coconut, finished with coconut flakes on the foam and a mini macaroon on the saucer when the pastry case has them. It's the drink for the February afternoon when the rain won't stop and you want to be somewhere warmer, or the summer afternoon when you want to lean into the warmth instead of fighting it.
Tasting Notes
- Flavor: white chocolate sweetness, toasted coconut aroma leading, macaroon crunch on the finish
- Body: creamy, slightly lighter than a dark chocolate mocha
- Finish: coconut-forward, lingering, slightly tropical
How We Build It
Two pumps white chocolate sauce plus one pump coconut syrup, built into the cup before the shots. Steamed whole milk, toasted coconut flakes dusted across the foam. Mini coconut macaroon from the pastry case on the saucer when supplies hold — if we're out we don't advertise it, we just slide the drink over without. Non-dairy swap works, with oat as the barista's pick for this one.
Perfect For
Tropical daydreams in February. Pair with lemon anything from the pastry case — the citrus cuts the sweetness beautifully. The drink to order on a very grey Tuesday when you need a reminder that the sun exists elsewhere.
